2. Services Provided

We offer educational and health coaching services to support personal health goals through education, accountability, and guidance. All services are informational and educational in nature and do not substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your health and goals

  • Take full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on coaching

  • Seek advice from your doctor or qualified health provider when needed

4. Booking, Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in EUR. At this time, no VAT or sales tax is charged.

To ensure we’re fully prepared for your Starter Session, we kindly ask that payment and any agreed-upon documents from your ‘Begin Your Health Journey’ calls are submitted beforehand. Installment options are available and outlined in each package description.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a €40 fee to cover preparation and admin time. We understand that life happens and will always aim for a fair and compassionate solution.

  • Refunds on packages are available and are handled as follows:

    • A 30% administrative fee is retained (This is due to preparation-heavy first session and all that leads to it)

    • The value of any used sessions (based on the full package price) will be deducted

    • The remaining balance will be refunded

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. See section 4 for detailed information.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is a top priority. All personal and health-related information shared during our work together is treated with strict confidentiality.

Client communications are handled securely, and email exchanges are conducted via ProtonMail, which offers end-to-end encryption for added protection. For more details on how your data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in coaching materials is owned by Patrik Arith. You may not reproduce, share, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Disclaimers

All coaching services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. The guidance provided is meant to support your personal wellness journey, not replace medical advice from licensed healthcare providers.

You are encouraged to consult with your doctor or other qualified health professionals before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health routine.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe, thoughtful, and well-informed guidance, you understand that health coaching is a collaborative process and results depend on your personal effort and consistency.

We do not accept liability for outcomes or decisions you make based on coaching sessions or website content. By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and health journey.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Czech legal procedures.

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
