I founded Raw Regeneration out of a deep personal and professional need to offer real answers to those who have been struggling with their health—myself included. Like many, I experienced the frustration of living with symptoms that doctors couldn’t explain, or being told that lifelong medication was the only option for conditions that, in many cases, are completely reversible.

Everywhere I looked, I saw conflicting information—trendy fixes, quick remedies, or advice that sounded helpful but often lacked true understanding of how the body works as a whole. Too often, these so-called solutions create imbalances elsewhere in the body, only deepening the problem over time.

There’s a sea of misinformation out there, and without the right foundation, it’s easy to feel lost or even make choices that unknowingly lead us further from healing. Many people end up feeling hopeless, not believing they will ever regain their health.

Raw Regeneration was created to change that—to offer an experience-based approach that educates and empowers people to understand the root causes of their health challenges and make confident choices that support their body’s natural ability to heal.

From my journey to Yours

A personal note from Patrik Arith, founder of Raw Regeneration.

For years, I struggled with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, a so-called autoimmune condition that left me constantly fatigued, brain-fogged, anxious, irritable, and unable to focus. Naturally, this took a toll on my social life and professional performance. My doctors kept increasing my medication to “keep the numbers in the green,” but I kept telling them — again and again — that my symptoms were not improving. In fact, they were getting worse.

The standard narrative was bleak: this is a lifelong, irreversible disease. The thyroid would eventually stop functioning, and then I’d need to have it removed and rely on synthetic hormones for the rest of my life.

At the same time, I also experienced something seemingly minor but deeply disruptive — a constant pressure in my head, especially in my ears. It felt like being underwater, like my ears were blocked all the time. I underwent multiple tests in both Czechia and Denmark, but the outcome was always the same: no explanation. In Czechia, I was even accused of making it up.

I realised I needed to change my approach. It didn’t make sense to me that there was no explanation, and I was exhausted — not just from my symptoms, but from how I was treated during my doctor’s visits. I felt unheard, dismissed, and rushed. When I tried to bring up that not all of my struggles were purely physical, I was offered antidepressants — even though I never once mentioned feeling depressed. This was a clear eye-opener; I won’t get anywhere using this mindset. I was lucky to get 10 minutes with a doctor. Most of that time, they looked at their screen, ticking boxes, barely looking at me.

Eventually, I put my trust in a carefully chosen naturopath. I followed her protocol, which focused on reversing Hashimoto’s through diet and supplementation — mostly fresh fish, protein, and targeted vitamins. Living by the Danish coast made access to fresh fish easy, and I followed the program strictly. At first, there was some progress: my goitre reduced in size and I had a slight boost in energy. But the symptoms remained, and the support started fading. Long emails became shorter… until they stopped altogether.

Still searching, I discovered the work of Dr. Robert Morse, whose approach centered around a raw diet of fruits and vegetables combined with herbal tinctures. I connected with a practitioner trained in his methods and began again — this time with a deeper understanding of what true healing really involves. He answered questions I’d been carrying for years — ones no doctor or specialist had ever been able to explain.

Within six months, most of my symptoms were gone. I even managed to cut my medication dose in half, despite previously being told I would need increasing amounts for life. It was empowering — and also deeply frustrating that support was still limited to email. I had so many questions, like anyone navigating a healing journey would

During this time, I was already studying to become a health coach at CNM London.
I had a vision: When I graduate, I want to open people’s eyes to what true healing really means — and support them, every step of the way, so that their path feels safer, calmer, and more joyful.

And here I am today — shaped by my personal experience, deeply committed, and ready to walk alongside those who, like me, were told there was no other way.
You deserve to be heard. You deserve to feel hope. And you are not alone. This is Raw Regeneration — and I’m here to guide you through the rough, toward real joy, lasting vitality, and a body that lets you truly live it all, fully and for years to come.
